Building on over 25 years in aviation, Tom launched Saxon as he saw a need in the North American marketplace for flexible staffing solutions that benefited both aerospace firms and technicians. He is highly respected for his in-depth industry knowledge and commitment to do whatever it takes to make things happen for his clients. He has previously held positions as a GTE Mechanic, Quality Assurance Manager and Project Manager with such outstanding organizations as British Airways, General Electric, Magellan Aerospace and MTU Maintenance. Reflective of his passion for flying, Tom holds a private pilot’s license. He has competed internationally as a target rifle shooter for Team Canada and Team Wales.

Paul Sahatdjian

CEO, Saxon Aerospace US

Paul is part of a strategic growth plan to grow the business across North America. He joined Saxon in July 2021, bringing over 20 years of sales, recruiting and management experience in aviation. Paul is accomplished in building relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, to develop customer-focused, tailored and competitive solutions that address complex industry challenges. Prior to his current role, Paul was Vice-President of a major workforce solutions firm. He was part of the executive group that formed the company in 2013, and worked with the partners to design the recruiting and sales operation. Before that, Paul was Vice-President of Recruiting Operations at the largest aviation staffing company in the U.S.

Sarah Mansfield

Manager, Operations

“In our fast paced, and challenging environment, I make sure things happen for our clients and technicians.”

Sarah oversees our day-to-day operations and ensures that Saxon’s departments are working in harmony to create a successful platform to support our clients. She is also the first point of call for both the clients and technicians and is responsible for facilitating their requests and delivering solutions in a timely manner. She has a Certificate in Human Resource Management and was formerly a Base Manager for a significant float plane operator prior to joining Saxon.
